Cookies

mutega.se sets no cookies of its own and stores nothing in your browser. That is why we show no cookie banner.

Two Google services load on the page:

Service What is sent Cookies
Google Analytics (visitor statistics) Cookieless signals: which page was visited, approximate country and browser type. Google uses the IP address only to estimate the country and does not store it. None. Analytics is set up so that no analytics or advertising cookies are stored.
Google Maps (map in the contact section) Your IP address and browser details when the map loads, as with any visit to Google. Google may set its own cookies on google.com under Google’s privacy policy.

We cannot see who you are in the statistics and only use them to understand how many people visit the site. You can block both services with a normal ad blocker and the site keeps working.

Recipients and transfers outside the EU

We never sell your data. We only share it with suppliers that help us run the business, such as email and calendar (Microsoft 365), remote support (Zoho, EU data centre), statistics and maps (Google) and our accounting firm. Some of these suppliers may process data in the USA. Such transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep data

  • Enquiries that do not lead to a contract: up to 24 months.
  • Customer data: for as long as the contract runs and afterwards as long as needed to handle possible claims.
  • Accounting records: 7 years under the Swedish Accounting Act.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or erase your data, to restrict or object to processing and to receive data you gave us in a machine readable format. Contact us at info@mutega.se. We reply within one month.

If you think we process your data incorrectly you can complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY), www.imy.se.
